Care of your MINA jewellery
Storage is important. Always store your pieces - gemstones in particular - individually so that they don't rub together, scratch or tangle. Our enclosed pouches can be used to keep your pieces separate.
Keep creams and sprays well away from your jewellery pieces as they are particularly susceptible to damage from the effects of chemicals in perfume, hairspray, make-up, nail polish remover, body oils, sunscreen and deodorant.
Clean your jewellery carefully with a soft, non-abrasive and lint-free cloth. Doing this occasionally will help maintain or bring back its shine.
Avoid using ‘dip’ polish or abrasive jewellery cleaners as these contain harsh chemicals and can destroy your jewellery over time.
We don't recommend swimming or showering while wearing your jewellery.
You can clean your enamel jewellery pieces with warm water and a soft cloth, if the colour is starting to look a little dull.
As with other jewellery, make sure to store in a cool, dry and dark place to prevent damage and keep enamel away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, detergents and chlorine.
